TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms listed below. Please carefully read through everything before deciding to commission me.PAYMENT
Payment (USD) is accepted through paypal or cashapp, but paypal is preferred. Progress will begin once full payment has been sent.WIP UPDATES
I will typically send a progress sketch before starting the line art unless the commission is small (ie. an icon, sketch comm, etc). Commissioner may request a progress update whenever they want, but try not to ask more than once a week.POSTING
Please credit me (link to my site or social medias) if you post your completed commission anywhere.ACCEPTING/DECLINING
I have the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason.REFUNDS
I only offer full refunds if the commission has not been started yet. If the commission has been started and the commissioner wishes to cancel, I may offer a partial refund based on how much work has been completed. If, for whatever reason, I decide to cancel a commission myself, a full refund may be offered no matter the progress.REQUIREMENTS
A clear visual reference is required. One exception to this rule is for reference sheet commissions, however this will incur an additional fee since it is more difficult to go off of text. Fee is typically +25% of base price. Another exception to this rule is design commissions. See more about them on my pricing page.EDITS
The best time to request an edit is in the sketch stage. These edits will not incur any fees. Once the line art has begun, one or two minor edits will be allowed, but any big changes or more than two will incur an additional fee. Once color and shading is added, one or two minor edits to color will be allowed, but any large or additional edits to lineart will incur a fee. I’ll always let you know the fee ahead of time. In addition, I may waive these fees for whatever reason I see fit.
